Both CENTURY 21 AA Realty offices earned Centurion status in 1986 and have remained there ever since. The company also has earned top designation on a national scale with Double Centurion, the President’s Award, and most important, the Quality Service Award for 12 consecutive years.
Art Bartlett 2100 Cup Award is the most coveted company award in the CENTURY 21® System. This award is presented annually to only one company that demonstrates the highest level of leadership, customer service and professionalism. Centurion - Winners of the Centurion Award represent the top two percent of the more than 6,000 real estate offices and 105,000 agents throughout the CENTURY 21® International network of independently owned and operated offices.

Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is more than an expression of our commitment to integrity, stability and compatibility. It represents the guiding values of our organization, and helps to instill ethically sound behavior and accountability among all CENTURY 21 AA Realty agents. We diligently educate our agents about our standards and provide opportunities to ask questions or report concerns. Every agent, including owners Frank and Vincent Dell’Accio, certifies compliance with our standards annually. We hold one another accountable because we understand that our reputation is fundamental to our success. And that success is built upon the notion of treating people they way you want to be treated.
