Become a Referral Agent
If you cannot make real estate a full-time career or are unsure that the industry is for you, consider becoming a referral associate. Rather than participating actively in the listing or sale of real estate, you refer potential buyers and sellers to CENTURY 21 AA Realty. Another agent will be assigned to the transaction, and upon closing, you will be compensated part of the commission. Many use this as a stepping stone to a full-time real estate career, as it provides the opportunity to build a customer base.
