We understand that agents make money when they are face to face with buyers and sellers. So we do our best to minimize the back-office burden with streamlined systems and operations that utilize state of the art technology to maximize efficiency. You won’t be bogged down with busy clerical work because our transaction coordinators and administrative staff support our agents. Our finance team of in-house mortgage bankers ensures that your deals go through. And our Agent Center handles mailings, printing and other time-consuming functions for each of our agents. This allows you to spend less time in the office and more time with your buyers and sellers, and the opportunity to make more transactions and make more money.
Each office is staffed seven days a week with a trained professional administrative staff whose job it is to make your life easier: entering listings, uploading photos, virtual tours and open houses, coordinating and tracking appointments and buyer/seller calls, helping you with ad preparation and placement, and dealing in a courteous and professional manner with you and your clients.
Unfortunately, many times the hard work of a support staff goes unnoticed. An efficient, competent and reliable support staff is essential in a real estate transaction and the success of a real estate agent and the real estate office itself. Because a competent support staff handles all the details, transactions go more smoothly, making for satisfied customers and a high level of service.
